Many funding bodies, local businesses and individuals donated to the Cheese Market restoration project, and this book commemorates their support.

In a book made by Black Mountains Bindery, local artist and calligrapher Christina Watson has beautifully hand written the names of each contributor, their date of birth, place of residence, and occupation at the time of their donation. It is a wonderful snapshot of Hay at one particular moment in the community’s history.
